The main task is to organize work with applications for subsidies when replacing a refrigerator with a high CO2 content:
- Applications are captured from the external form of the site and can also be created inside the CRM system. The client receives a unique link to fill out the form;
- The client fills in the required forms and signs them on his tablet or any other device;
- The CRM system automatically checks the data. In the absence of any data, the manager can request them from the client;
- During the processing of the application, the client receives an e-mail and(or) SMS notifications.
- After receiving and validating data from clients, the system generates registers for sending to government services.
- The system supports the automatic filling of company data by its ABN number and interactive filling of the address via Google suggestions.;
- About 5% of applications are audited, as required by the state;
CRM system integrates with Twillio, Google, and more. In addition, we have developed a mobile application for distributors to help manage the delivery and installation of new refrigerators.
